1. Nature of the Service (Spirituality, Manifestation & Play)

1.1 The Service focuses on spirituality, manifestation, “play-pretend” practices, nervous system regulation, and personal development. It is designed as a playful, experimental, and educational tool, not as a promise of specific outcomes.

1.2 You understand and agree that results vary for each person. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to:

• financial results or income,
• health improvements,
• relationship outcomes,
• career or business success,
• manifestation of specific events.

1.3 Any examples of manifestations, success stories, or transformations shared in the app, on our website, in emails, or in programs are illustrative only and do not guarantee you will achieve the same or similar results.

2. No Medical, Mental Health, Financial, or Legal Advice

2.1 The Service is not a substitute for:

• medical or mental health care,
• psychiatric or psychological treatment,
• financial advice or professional investment services,
• legal advice,
• any other professional advice or licensed service.

2.2 You understand and agree that we do not provide medical, mental health, financial, tax, or legal advice. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, disorder, or condition. We do not provide crisis or emergency support.

2.3 Always consult your physician, mental health provider, or other qualified professional before:

• making changes to medications or treatments,
• starting or stopping any health-related program,
• making significant financial or legal decisions.

2.4 If you are experiencing a crisis, suicidal thoughts, or an emergency, do not rely on the Service. Contact your local emergency number or a qualified crisis hotline immediately.

3. Wallet, Rewards & Virtual Currency

3.1 The Service may include a virtual wallet, points, credits, or other in-app balances (collectively, “Virtual Currency”) that are earned when you complete certain actions, scenes, or activities.

3.2 You acknowledge and agree that Virtual Currency is symbolic only and is used as a motivational and reflective tool. Virtual Currency has no real-world cash value, is not legal tender, and:

• cannot be redeemed for cash,
• cannot be used to purchase real-world goods or services,
• cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the Service.

We have the right, at our sole discretion, to modify the way Virtual Currency is earned, adjust balances due to errors or technical issues, and reset, suspend, or remove Virtual Currency at any time.

3.3 You understand that no real money is stored in the in-app wallet unless explicitly and separately stated for a specific paid feature or product, in which case additional terms will apply.

4. Eligibility & Accounts

4.1 You must be at least [18 years old] (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Service. If local law requires a higher minimum age, that higher age applies.

4.2 By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet the minimum age requirement, you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms, and all registration information you provide is truthful and accurate.

4.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activities occurring under your account, and notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.

5. Personal Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

5.1 You are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, interpretations of the content, and emotional and physical responses.

5.2 You acknowledge that spiritual, manifestation, and personal development practices can sometimes bring up intense thoughts or emotions. You agree to use the Service at your own risk, take breaks when needed, and seek professional support where appropriate.

5.3 By using the Service, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your use, including physical, emotional, financial, social, or spiritual consequences.

6. Community Conduct & User Content

6.1 The Service may allow you to create and share content, such as:

• profiles, movies, roles, scenes and episodes,
• posts, comments, messages,
• images or other media (“User Content”).

6.2 You agree that you will not use the Service to:

• harass, threaten, abuse, or harm others;
• promote hatred, discrimination, or violence;
• share sexually explicit, graphic, or otherwise inappropriate content;
• share content that is illegal or infringes on any third-party rights (including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights);
• impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation;
• send spam, solicitations, or unauthorized promotional material;
• encourage self-harm or harm to others.

6.3 You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it through the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display your User Content for purposes of operating, improving, promoting, and developing the Service.

6.4 We reserve the right (but are not obligated) to review, remove, edit, or disable access to User Content that we believe violates these Terms or applicable law, and to suspend or terminate accounts involved in such violations.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content and materials in the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, code, designs, interfaces, names, branding, and trademarks, are owned or licensed by JadiJe and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only, in accordance with these Terms.

7.3 You may not, without our prior written consent, copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Service, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, or use our trademarks, logos, or branding in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation.

8. Fees, Payments & Refunds (If Applicable)

8.1 Some parts of the Service may be offered free of charge, while others may be paid offerings (e.g. premium features, courses, programs).

8.2 Any fees, pricing, and payment terms will be displayed at the point of purchase and may be updated by us from time to time.

8.3 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all payments are due in full at the time of purchase and are non-refundable (to the extent permitted by law).

8.4 You are responsible for any taxes or charges applicable in your jurisdiction.

9. No Guarantees; Disclaimer of Warranties

9.1 The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service.

9.3 We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that any defects will be corrected, or that any content, advice, or information obtained through the Service will meet your expectations.

9.4 Any use of the Service is at your own discretion and risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, JadiJe, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or other damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, income, revenue, loss of data, emotional distress, personal injury, or property damage, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Service, any actions you take or fail to take based on content from the Service, any third-party content or services accessed through the Service, or any unauthorized access to or use of your data or account.

10.2 If, despite these Terms, any liability is found on our part, our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to the Service will be limited to the amount you paid to us for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim, or [USD/EUR 100], whichever is lower, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JadiJe and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use or misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any rights of another person or entity, or your User Content.

12. Modifications to the Service & Terms

12.1 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for such changes.

12.2 We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Termination

13.1 We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in harmful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior, or created a risk or possible legal exposure for us or others.

13.2 You may stop using the Service at any time. Certain provisions of these Terms (including but not limited to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification) will survive termination.
