1. What JadiJe Is (and Isn't)
JadiJe is a play-based spirituality and embodiment app focused on imaginative realities, manifestation, nervous system awareness, and creative self-expression through elements like Movies, Roles, Scenes, Cues, Stage, and Stars.
We do not provide medical, mental health, financial, or legal advice. Please avoid sharing highly sensitive personal information (such as detailed medical history, passwords, or financial account numbers) inside the app.
2. Information We Collect
We collect different types of information to operate the Service, personalise your experience, and keep things secure.
2.1 Account & Profile Information
When you create an account or edit your profile, we may collect:
- email address or login identifier,
- display name and handle,
- Movie title, Role name, Origin Story, Synopsis, and other profile text,
- profile images, banners, and other media you upload,
- preferences such as visibility settings or whether you're open to Co-Stars.
2.2 Content You Create
When you use the Service, you may create or interact with:
- Movies, Roles, Scenes, Cues, Episodes, and Setlists,
- Stage posts, comments, applause, and other community interactions,
- baseline surveys, check-ins, and reflections,
- messages or other contributions where available.
This “User Content” may be visible to you only, to selected people, or to the broader community depending on the feature and your settings.
2.3 Usage & Device Information
To improve the Service and understand how it's used, we may automatically collect:
- device information (e.g. device type, operating system, browser),
- log data (e.g. IP address, timestamps, pages or screens viewed),
- usage patterns (e.g. which features you use, frequency of use, general interaction flows).
2.4 Cookies & Similar Technologies
We may use cookies and similar technologies to:
- keep you signed in,

- measure performance and improve the Service.

- send you app-related communications (e.g. updates, account notices, important changes to terms or privacy).
Where required by law, we rely on different legal bases for processing, including your consent, our legitimate interests (such as improving and securing the Service), and the necessity of processing to provide the Service you've requested.
4. Wallet & Virtual Currency
The Service may include a symbolic wallet or in-app balances that reflect Scenes you complete or other actions you take.
We may store data about your in-app wallet, including:
- how often you complete Scenes or Cues,
- changes to your symbolic balance over time,
- earned rewards related to app usage.
This balance is not real money and cannot be withdrawn or used as legal tender. We may adjust or reset balances to correct errors or maintain the integrity of the system.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information in the following situations:
5.1 Service Providers
We work with third-party service providers who help us operate and improve the Service (for example, hosting, databases, storage, analytics, email delivery, and customer support). These providers may have access to your information solely to perform services on our behalf, under appropriate safeguards.
5.2 Community & Public Content
Some parts of your profile or content (e.g. display name, Movie title, Role, Stage posts, comments) may be visible to other users depending on the feature, your settings, and how the app is designed at that time.
Please be mindful about what you share, especially information that is sensitive or personally identifying.
5.3 Legal & Safety
We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that it is reasonably necessary to:
- comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal processes,
- respond to lawful requests from public authorities,
- protect the rights, property, or safety of JadiJe, our users, or others,
- detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues.
